A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Lewisham. CBW is currently looking for an Electrical Day Shift Engineer to be based in a Healthcare environment in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G, 18th Edition, etc.) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,900 for further training and career progression.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers - Re-set
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Monitor the mechanical plant
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water Treatment
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
- Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
- Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
- 4 on 4 off - Days Only
- 7 am - 7 pm
- Up to £48,900
- 22-day shift holiday
- Overtime available

- Potential to be put through HV training
- Level 3 in Electrical Installations (C&G, NVQ etc)
- 18th Edition
- A proven track record in Building Maintenance
- Good Communication Skills.
- Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
- Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV (Desirable)
- Good Leadership & Management skills
