We are looking for a skilled Roadside Technician to join a leading national automotive assistance organisation, renowned for keeping the UK moving with innovative solutions and exceptional member service. The Role

• Provide expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Deliver emergency breakdown support to members across the UK.
• Handle a variety of issues, from battery and tyre changes to complex fault-finding.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach, offering reassurance and efficient solutions.
• Work autonomously, starting and ending your day from home.
• Embrace variety with new challenges and member interactions daily.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Strong customer service skills and a calm demeanour under pressure.
• Ability to think on your feet and make independent decisions.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to diverse roadside situations.
