The Role

• Visualize customer desires using modern 3D planning tools.
• Develop and present bespoke kitchen concepts, balancing style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial consultation to contract closing.
• Prepare quotes, handle objections, finalize agreements, and coordinate project logistics.
• Provide support to neighboring kitchen studios during peak times.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and sales.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design trends, and current product assortments.
• Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and standard office suites.
• Excellent closing skills, negotiation abilities, and enthusiasm for inspiring customers.
• A confident demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and an independent, goal-oriented work style.
• A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in design implementation.
