RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow AI Consultant in Austin, TX.

Summary

We are seeking a senior ServiceNow AI Consultant to support a strategic AI Control Tower initiative focused on establishing enterprise visibility, governance, and controls for AI assets. This is primarily an advisory and architecture role, not a hands-on development position. The Consultant will participate in select discovery sessions, assess the current ServiceNow environment, and provide technical guidance on how AI Control Tower should integrate with existing ServiceNow capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior guidance across CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and Discovery
• Advise on AI Control Tower integration with the existing ServiceNow architecture
• Evaluate AI asset discovery and integration approaches
• Provide expertise in MID Servers, Service Graph Connectors, CMDB tables, and Discovery
• Translate requirements and current-state architecture into technical recommendations
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations
• Support architecture planning for a potential larger implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience preferred
• Deep CMDB and ITOM expertise
• ServiceNow Discovery and CSDM
• MID Server architecture/configuration
• Service Graph / Service Graph Connectors
• ServiceNow integrations and enterprise architecture
• Strong client-facing communication and advisory skills

Preferred:

• IRM/GRC, SPM, AI governance, Now Assist/GenAI, cloud integrations, and enterprise AI asset discovery
• Previous AI Control Tower experience is not required; The ideal candidate is a seasoned ServiceNow SME who can quickly assess an environment, understand dependencies, and confidently provide senior-level technical direction

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
