Business Analyst Associate_Only Locals to McLean, VA

We are seeking a Business Analyst Associate to support Agile delivery teams by managing production readiness, operational coordination, and change management activities. .

• Coordinate end-to-end production readiness activities across Agile delivery teams.
• Create, update, and manage ServiceNow change requests (Normal, Routine, Break/Fix).
• Ensure all required documentation, approvals, and implementation plans are completed before CAB review.
• Track change requests throughout the approval and implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate production deployment schedules and readiness activities.

• 2 5 years of Business Analyst, Delivery Analyst, or similar experience.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow (or similar tools).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and process management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
