Patient Management Specialist | Rosenheim, Germany | Hybrid We are a leading national healthcare provider, recognized as the largest family-owned hospital group in Germany. The Role • Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes. • Handle the billing of inpatient hospital services according to DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation sector standards. • Provide support to decentralized patient management areas within the group, ensuring smooth collaboration. • Contribute to the seamless patient journey from admission to discharge. What You'll Need • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification. • Preferably, experience with hospital information systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP. • Ideally, prior experience in inpatient patient billing. • High commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience. • Proactive and structured work approach, with the ability to maintain overview in demanding situations. • Professional and service-oriented communication with various stakeholders.
