We are seeking a highly experienced medical professional to join a leading regional healthcare provider in Schleswig-Holstein, a key part of a nationally recognized hospital group. This facility is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to over 80,000 patients annually across 22 specialized centers and is affiliated with a major university as a teaching hospital.

The Role

• Take on a key leadership role, acting as a competent representative for the Chief Physician.
• Utilize specialized expertise, ideally in advanced obstetrics and perinatal medicine, or gynecological oncology.
• Perform complex surgical procedures independently and participate in on-call duties.
• Play an instrumental role in the strategic development and continuous improvement of the clinic.
• Contribute to the clinic's representation both internally and externally.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training in Gynecology and Obstetrics, with experience in a Level 2 Perinatal Center.
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
• A collaborative spirit and commitment to open communication and a respectful work environment.
• A proactive approach to contributing to the clinic's positive image.
