We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Fresh Food Counter to oversee the heart of our high-quality grocery store. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional product quality and seamless daily operations, creating innovative culinary experiences for our customers.

The Role

• Lead and guide your team with a supportive and expert approach, setting a positive example.
• Implement national sales concepts effectively to drive business growth.
• Maintain outstanding product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Develop and execute engaging merchandising strategies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage all aspects of the counter's performance, including cost and revenue, inventory, pricing, and stock flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or demonstrable experience as a career changer with fresh food counter or bakery expertise.
• Strong knowledge of fresh products and a keen eye for quality and presentation.
• A solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving results and a structured, conscientious work ethic.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in a rotating shift system.
