The Role • Develop concepts and designs for new equipment, plants, and systems. • Perform technical clarifications and system dimensioning. • Create solution proposals for complex technical challenges. • Conduct calculations, simulations, and analyses. • Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and parts lists. • Lead technical and logistical negotiations with clients and suppliers. What You'll Need • Completed engineering degree with significant professional experience. • Familiarity with shipyard-specific IT further training and ISO GPS standards. • Experience in team leadership and employee guidance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. • Strong process knowledge, interface competence, and excellent analytical thinking. • High level of initiative, responsibility, and conceptual thinking.
