Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on configuration, deployment, tuning, and sustainment of AppDynamics monitoring solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, automation, and event-management workflows using AppDynamics.
• Support integration testing and production rollout.
• Provide expert integration support involving OpenShift and AWS EKS.
• Troubleshoot monitoring and application-performance issues in production environments.
• Support platform upgrades, sustainment, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Support incident/problem-management activities as required.

Required:

Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Years of Experience: Minimum four (4) years configuring and supporting the full capability suite of AppDynamics.

Preferred:

• IRS or Department of Treasury experience. Active MBI Cleared Candidates is an added advantage.
• Experience: DataDog experience is desirable.
• ITSI JD: Splunk/ITSI certifications preferred.
• AppD JD: AppDynamics certification preferred; DataDog experience preferred.
