Administrator (m/w/d) Jira Confluence

The Role

• Provide expert support and guidance to users, ensuring the optimal utilization of enterprise collaboration and project management software.
• Continuously optimize and evolve the existing software environment to meet the changing needs of various business departments.
• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient, sustainable workflows within the platform.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient system usage across the organization.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, supported by relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in the administration and configuration of enterprise project management and documentation tools.
• Strong technical proficiency in operating systems, including both Windows and Linux environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with a service-oriented approach to collaborating with internal stakeholders.
