Systems Engineer

Description
We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support and enhance core enterprise infrastructure in Indianapolis, Indiana. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate with strong experience with Intune Migration, directory services, Windows-based server environments, and modern endpoint management. Hybrid schedule for Indianapolis-area candidate.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Active Directory and Azure Active Directory to maintain secure, efficient identity and access management. Manage Microsoft Windows Server environments, including system performance, availability, patching, and routine maintenance. Support endpoint administration through Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and MECM to ensure consistent device configuration and policy enforcement. Provide technical support for Citrix technologies and help maintain stable virtual application or desktop access for end users.

Oversee Microsoft Exchange-related administration and assist with messaging system reliability and user support needs. Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Android devices within the enterprise mobility environment. Participate in infrastructure improvement efforts, including Intune-related migration activities, while minimizing disruption to business operations. Investigate and resolve system issues proactively, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions to improve service stability. Requirements
3+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure support roles.

Hands-on expertise with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server in an enterprise setting. Experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM). Familiarity with Citrix technologies and Microsoft Exchange administration. Ability to support and troubleshoot Android devices in a business environment. Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues effectively.
