Job Description

Role: Project Manager<br />Location: London<br />The Company<br />This Project Manager’s role is with one of the UK’s leading multi-disciplined property company’s offering a wide range of services to a multi-national client base.

Part of their offering includes acting as a principal main contractor on projects for their clients existing property portfolio’s including commercial fit out, moves and changes and general refurbishment schemes with values from £200k - £2million.<br />The Role<br />We are looking for a Project Manager with experience of managing multiple schemes at any one time.

For this role it is essential that you ideally have CAT B fit out experience, you will need to be multi-skilled and be able to take projects from feasibility through to on-site delivery.

Project values will range from £200k - £2m and the key skills you will need are:<br />Client Facing – ability to develop client relationships.<br />Commercial awareness – be able to manage the entire project costs from cost plan to final account.<br />Networking skills – be able to assist in business development and securing a pipeline of project opportunities.<br />Fully competent with Project Management techniques – Be able to deliver projects on time and on budget whilst following internal and external management processes and structures.<br />Sub-contractor selection and management – Advise on procurement and provide expertise on sub-contractor capability.<br />Broad understanding of construction Health and Safety law and legislation – Ensure that all projects meet their statutory obligations for CDM and H&amp;S,<br />The Plus Points<br />This is a great opportunity to join one of the household names in the property sector where you will be given the opportunity to progress into more senior level roles.
