Job Description:
The main function of a program manager (general) is to oversee the successful planning, execution, and closing of complex projects within an organization. A typical program manager (general) is responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple interconnected projects to achieve broader business objectives and organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets in alignment with organizational strategy and goals.
  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of program activity, including the work of project managers and other staff within the program.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on program status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure integration and synergy among projects within the program to maximize benefits and efficiencies.
  • Evaluate and assess program results against defined success criteria and perform post-program reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Resolve complex issues that transcend individual projects and require coordinated solutions across project teams.

  • Proficient in program and project management methodologies and tools.

  • A bachelor''s degree in business, management, or a related field, often coupled with professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
  • 2-4 years of experience.
