Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of IT project management experience to lead complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, stakeholder management, project planning, and delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business requirements.
• Drive Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies as required.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance artifacts.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing large-scale and enterprise technology projects.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and resource management skills.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification is a plus.
