Lead Product Manager | Pine Lake, GA, United States | Hybrid | $111,500.00 - $185,900.00 We're hiring on behalf of a leading innovator in automotive dealer software solutions, known for its powerful portfolio of trusted brands. This employer is dedicated to expanding its capabilities by bringing exciting new solutions to market, focusing on emerging technologies and new business opportunities. The Role • Guide the strategic direction and evolution of products to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. • Develop and maintain product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategy, and value proposition. • Collaborate with UX, research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather and integrate feedback. • Document requirements and manage feature development cycles in alignment with agile methodologies. • Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement. • Drive the uncovering of new go-to-market solutions and strategies through rapid prototyping and iteration. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Deep understanding of business, product performance, and industry principles, practices, and procedures. • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology. • Hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle management, research, analysis, KPIs, and analytics. • Experience with emergent technologies like AI and ML is highly desirable. • Experience with Inventory Management Solutions and the automotive dealer software sector is preferred.
