The Role • Guide the strategic direction and evolution of products to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. • Develop and maintain product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategy, and value proposition. • Collaborate with UX, research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather and integrate feedback. • Document requirements and manage feature development cycles in alignment with agile methodologies. • Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement. • Drive the uncovering of new go-to-market solutions and strategies through rapid prototyping and iteration. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Deep understanding of business, product performance, and industry principles, practices, and procedures. • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology. • Hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle management, research, analysis, KPIs, and analytics. • Experience with emergent technologies like AI and ML is highly desirable. • Experience with Inventory Management Solutions and the automotive dealer software sector is preferred.
