Transit Safety and Training Manager

As a Safety and Training Manager at MV Transportation, Inc., you will be integral in ensuring the highest standards of safety and training across all our transportation services. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols and training programs across various transportation modes including paratransit, fixed route, and shuttle services.
• Conduct regular safety audits and prepare detailed reports with improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate safety and training initiatives.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and local transportation safety regulations and ensure compliance.
• Manage and train a team of safety and compliance officers.
• Lead accident investigation processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Promote a safety-first culture throughout the organization by designing and leading engaging training sessions for all levels of staff.
