The RoleWe now have the opportunity for a Project Coordinator - Structural Integrity to join our Team in a hybrid role working from our Pert CBD Head Office as well as on site. You will be responsible for leading a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key project deliverables with responsibilities including:
- Coordinating structural integrity, remediation, and asset maintenance projects, ensuring delivery aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements
- Supporting project planning through development of scopes, methodologies, estimates, schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments
- Managing procurement, logistics, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient project execution and resource availability
- Monitoring project performance, costs, milestones, and variations, proactively addressing risks, delays, and commercial impacts
- Maintaining and reviewing engineering, quality, and project documentation, including client deliverables, reporting, and project close-out packs
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Relevant Trade or Engineering qualification
- Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and structural integrity, asset integrity, or reliability programs in heavy industry environments
- Experience in a multidisciplinary project environment
- The ability to manage and execute end to end deliverables on multiple projects
- Flexible and able to work away as required
- A current Australian Drivers Licence
