Systems Operations Engineer

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a System Operations Engineer
 
Position type: Contract (12 months w/ extension)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 day remote)
 
As a System Engineer, you will:
 
Day to Day Responsibilities

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Systems Operations Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to deliverables
• Review and analyze engineering challenges, evaluating variable factors to develop effective solutions
• Contribute to resolving moderately complex issues, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance
• Collaborate with client personnel and internal teams to meet project objectives
• Assist in process improvement and risk control strategies to enhance operational efficiency
• Support the development and implementation of long-term strategies, policies, and process enhancements
• Help ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and change management procedures
• Participate in planning, reporting, and portfolio management routines to ensure transparency and efficiency in project execution

• Experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, with the ability to consult on and participate in complex initiatives
• Ability to review and analyze moderately complex engineering challenges
• Understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Capability to contribute to the resolution of engineering issues and deliverables
• Knowledge of cross-functional collaboration to meet project goals
