Job Description for Clinical Supervisor

  • Case Opening Assessments
  • Care Plans
  • Medication set up and reconciliation
  • Wound care visits
  • Supervisory and nurse visits
  • Timely paperwork completion that meets DOH Compliance Standards
  • Current MI State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
  • Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
  • Experience with Assessments, Medication set-up & Management; experience with Wounds is a plus
  • Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable
  • Prior clinical supervision experience with field staff and client supervisory visits
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to travel within a 50 mile radius in Kalamazoo County
  • Available for after-hours calls or weekend support if needed
