Senior Professional, Technology Architecture

The Horizon Program is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect with Global Localization expertise to join the Cross Functional Solutions team. Reporting to the Global Cross Functional Lead, this role supports compliant, scalable finance solutions across regions and business teams. The successful candidate will collaborate with functional, technical, testing, regional, and managed service teams to ensure best in class solutions and deliver high-quality solutions as well as statutory compliances to regions.

•    Support Oracle Fusion Financials solutions across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax, SLA, Intercompany Accounting, and FAH.
•    Understand global localization and tax compliance strategy, including Europe, Latin America, and other regional statutory requirements.
•    Support WSP's centralized Oracle Cloud operating model while balancing global standards and local compliance needs.
•    Understand and support financial transformation, M&A integrations, and global rollouts.
•    Evaluate and support Oracle AI capabilities, AI Agents, automation opportunities, and finance process optimization.
•    Drive reporting and analytics using OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and Power BI.
•    Lead solution design, testing, reconciliations, production readiness, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Oversee integrations using APIs, FBDI, ADFDI, and Oracle Integration technologies.
•    Partner with Finance, Tax, Operations, Shared Services, and Technology teams globally to support the delivery of scalable, compliant, and efficient Oracle solutions.
