The Role • Develop and execute the AI strategy for Lead-to-Cash capabilities, creating product development plans and defining AI requirements. • Drive cross-functional AI integration across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. • Oversee the development of AI-powered tools for quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and collections, ensuring they deliver measurable operational gains. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI automation opportunities and develop solutions that accelerate revenue cycles and improve data accuracy. • Define and track KPIs for AI adoption within Lead-to-Cash workflows, demonstrating business value and ROI. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into existing platforms. What You'll Need • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products. • Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments, successfully deploying tools that improve employee productivity and operational efficiency. • Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes and skilled knowledge of AI/ML technologies applied to sales and revenue operations. • Experience with enterprise AI platforms, cloud-based AI services, and emerging AI technologies, coupled with strong product management skills for the AI product lifecycle. • Expertise in driving organizational change related to AI implementation and a solid understanding of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and AI governance. • Ability to understand diverse customer needs and a track record of measuring and demonstrating ROI for AI initiatives.
