The Role

• Coordinate and execute workflows in the folding process
• Operate and manage folding on outsert machines
• Process customer orders efficiently
• Configure outsert machines based on specific orders
• Perform self-inspection duties
• Adhere to machine maintenance and cleaning schedules
• Ensure timely delivery of finished products
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a bookbinder or machine and plant operator for paper processing, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Technical understanding of machinery
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
• Team player with strong reliability
• Experience in folding operations is advantageous
