Role overview
As a Sr. Product Designer, you'll own end-to-end design for features and experiences that matter to our customers. You'll build an independent, first-hand understanding of who our customers are and what they need, use that understanding to shape concepts from the ground up, and use AI tools to explore ideas and build prototypes faster than traditional design workflows allow. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear, validated, production-ready design.

 What you will own
You'll conduct your own user research to build a first-hand, independent understanding of customer needs, and work backwards from those needs rather than a pre-defined spec — validating concepts through iterative rounds of user feedback throughout the process, not just at the start or end. You'll use AI tools to accelerate exploration, generating concept variations and rapidly building prototypes from low to high fidelity to make ideas tangible and testable. From there, you'll own end-to-end design for features and workflows within your area, translating complex, multi-step problems into intuitive, usable interactions, and applying and extending the design system to keep your work consistent with the broader product. Throughout, you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, turning ambiguity into clear design artifacts through iterative reviews and critique.

 What we are looking for

Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a proven track record of delivering design solutions for projects of significant scope and complexity
- Experience designing complex, B2B, or enterprise applications, and comfort navigating technical constraints alongside engineering partners
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously — driving projects from concept to delivery with limited direction, and navigating ambiguity to define what should be built and why
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, and using customer insights and data to build deep customer empathy and inform design decisions
- Strong portfolio demonstrating independent research, concepting, and end-to-end problem solving, including case studies that show measurable impact
- Experience designing for AI-powered, agentic, or intelligent-automation products is strongly preferred

Skills & capabilities
- Strong foundation in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design, with the ability to relentlessly simplify complex processes into intuitive, elegant UI
- Fluency in designing human-AI interactions — communicating system behavior, confidence, and tradeoffs (e.g., how and when AI acts, what it gets right or wrong, and how users stay in control) rather than treating AI as a black box
- Hands-on experience using agentic AI and generative tools to accelerate design workflows — exploring concept variations, generating assets, and building working prototypes ("vibe coding") rather than only static mockups
- Proficiency in Figma (advanced components, prototyping) and modern prototyping tools, plus enough fluency in HTML/JavaScript/CSS to inform design and interaction decisions is a plus
- Experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems, including defining reusable interaction patterns and UX frameworks
- Proven ability to synthesize feedback and input from business leaders, product management, and engineering, and to influence product direction through data-informed thinking and clear storytelling
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices
