• Scrum Master with SAFe experience

• Strong Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge

• Scrum coaching, facilitation & stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

• Support up to 3 Agile teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Remove technical and process impediments
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices
• Track Agile metrics using AMP
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence
