QA Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide QA support for financial software and tools used across Wagstaff Inc.
• Execute test cases, log defects, and track resolution for trading and banking applications.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and operations teams to validate new features.
• Monitor production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support timely fixes.
• Maintain test documentation, scripts, and regression test suites.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Support automation efforts by identifying repeatable test scenarios.
