The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, perform reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Exercise independent judgment to make the right decisions for each customer and repair.
• Act as the face of the company, providing advice and representing the brand with pride.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and independent decision-making in dynamic situations.
