IT Quality Assurance Analyst III | Chesapeake, VA, United States | Hybrid | $90,300-$189,600 This employer is seeking an experienced IT Quality Assurance Analyst III to support a mission-critical program for the U.S. Navy. The role is essential for ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of systems that support maintenance, logistics, and operational readiness. The Role • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes across the full system development lifecycle (SDLC). • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures for applications. • Lead and support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple systems. • Conduct reviews at key lifecycle milestones to validate system quality and compliance. • Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution. • Support major testing events, including SIT and operational testing. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree (STEM preferred). • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing. • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining QA processes across the system lifecycle. • Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test procedures. • Experience supporting testing across complex, integrated systems and multiple environments. • Active or ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
