Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Infrastructure Portfolio – Kent – Up to £42,000 + Travel time & package CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for 2 x Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a leading Facilities Management service provider, covering a portfolio of infrastructure sites across Kent, including Dartford, Gravesend, Maidstone, Rochester, Sidcup, and Swanley.

The successful candidate will carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of sites, ensuring all electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Hours of Work<br />Monday to Friday<br />08:00 – 17:00 (40-hour week)<br />1 in 6 Call-Out RotaKey Duties &amp; Responsibilities<br />Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of infrastructure sites.<br />Diagnose and repair faults on lighting, power distribution, and electrical building services systems.<br />Complete lighting maintenance, including lamp replacements, ballast changes, and lighting control systems.<br />Carry out emergency lighting testing and associated remedial works.<br />Install new sockets, lighting circuits, containment, and complete minor electrical installation works.<br />Maintain electrical control panels, transformers, and star-delta starters.<br />Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and complete repairs efficiently.<br />Carry out basic general building maintenance where required.<br />Ensure all work complies with current Health &amp; Safety legislation and company procedures.<br />Complete service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.<br />Liaise professionally with clients, site representatives, and subcontractors to ensure a high level of service delivery.Package<br />Salary up to £42,000<br />Company Van &amp; Fuel Card<br />Travel time paid Private healthcare<br />25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays<br />Overtime Available<br />1 in 6 Call-Out Rota<br />Company Pension<br />Ongoing Training &amp; Development<br />Career Progression OpportunitiesRequirements<br />City &amp; Guilds / NVQ Level 2 &amp; 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)<br />18th Edition Wiring Regulations<br />Proven experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management<br />Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills<br />Good knowledge of electrical building services<br />Full UK Driving Licence<br />Willingness to participate in the call-out rota and work overtime when required<br />Must be able to provide copies of all relevant trade certificatesPlease send your CV to Alex Denton at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information and to avoid missing out on this opportunity
