The Role

• GMP-compliant manufacturing of liquid and semi-solid bulk preparations according to present manufacturing documents, including under cleanroom conditions.
• Ensuring GMP and SOP-compliant material flow.
• Conducting in-process controls (IPC).
• GMP and SOP-compliant cleaning and sterilization of production equipment.
• GMP-compliant documentation in manufacturing records, machine, and shift logs.
• Timely documentation of material movements in the ERP system.
• Participation in production projects, e.g., in Quality, GMP, and LEAN projects.
• Creation and revision of pharmaceutical manufacturing documents.
• Compliance with specifications for sampling (including aseptic) of intermediate and bulk products, as well as starting materials and media.
• Setup, operation, monitoring, maintenance, and cleaning of all production plants, equipment, and rooms used in the manufacturing process.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Pharmakant or several years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• GMP knowledge and extensive experience with GMP-compliant documentation.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Quality awareness.
• Meticulous and conscientious work approach.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
