The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates, fostering their development and performance.
• Review and direct creative assets for various marketing channels, including catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, and emails, ensuring brand consistency.
• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative departments throughout the new product selection process.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication across departments regarding new and existing product development and web marketing initiatives.
• Develop innovative product positioning strategies by considering existing offerings and customer perspectives.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to proactively identify product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Experience with catalog development a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market research and internal data.
