Inside Sales Representative to support lead follow-up, customer outreach, and day-to-day sales activity. This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys working toward goals, and is comfortable speaking with prospective customers by phone and email.

Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers by phone and email
Follow up with inbound leads and sales inquiries
Explain products or services clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM systems
Schedule calls, demos, and follow-up conversations
Track open opportunities and pending follow-up tasks
Support account executives with sales activity
Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with prospective customers
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Good organization and follow-up skills
Comfortable using CRM and office software
Professional and dependable
Previous sales, customer-facing, or business development experience is preferred
