The Role

• Perform instrumenting, assisting, and circulating duties during surgical procedures in an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of the surgical department, fostering collaborative relationships with various specialized departments.
• Actively implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards in surgical processes and outcomes.
• Work within a modern, daylight-lit operating theater environment with 12 surgical rooms.
• Support the achievement of collective goals and maintain the hospital's commitment to exceptional nursing and treatment quality.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Operating Room Technician (OTA) or a Registered Nurse (or equivalent), with a specialization or prior experience in surgical care.
• A structured, organized, and proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and foresight.
• Professional communication skills that contribute to a respectful and collegial team environment.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties as required.
• Commitment to supporting high standards of patient care and operational excellence.
