Job Description

Benefits Fair Assistant
Location:Oakland, CA
Contract: 11 days (Part Time)
Job Description:
  • General assistant to attend in-person benefit fairs.
  • Will attend with another Delta Dental representative.
  • Ability to interact with employees and play dental trivia game (answers provided)
  • Laptop needed to receive correspondence from the team on the event
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (five to six hours)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs with the aid of a cart to transport boxes from car to inside the venue
Skills/Experience:    
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience w/High School
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Detail-oriented; flexible and creative
  • Strong Interpersonal and communications skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts
Pay Transparency: "The expected pay range for this position is $20.00–$22.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, 401(k) without employer match. Paid Sick leave is provided based on state or local laws."
