Position Details:


Job Title: Copilot Studio Lead
Location: New York, NY/ Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months with possible extension


Job Summary
Seeking a MS Copilot Studio Specialist to enable, support, and scale the adoption and usage of Copilot Studio across Global Technology. Expectations are that this role serve as a Copilot Studio and Agent Builder expert, driving the creation of intelligent agents, automations, and workflows that maximize productivity for our global workforce and remain with the Governance guidelines.


The successful candidate will:
Support and train users.
Build and manage custom Copilot Agents
Integrate data and services via connectors
Act as a subject matter expert for MS Copilot Studio and client standards and practices around AI usage.
Build effective relationships with AI Advocates and users to effectively assist them in adoption and usage.


Key responsibilities:
Copilot Studio & Agent Builder
*Design, build, and maintain Copilot agents using Copilot Studio.
*Optimize agents with advanced prompting techniques for accuracy, context, and productivity.
*Develop integrations with MS connectors and external systems.


Platform & Governance expert
*Act as the internal authority for Copilot, ensuring compliance, governance, and best practices.
*Administer, monitor, and optimize platform performance.
*Maintain documentation and standards for Copilot usage.


Support & Operations
*Provide L1 support for Copilot-related issues.
*Troubleshoot technical challenges users are experiencing.
*Monitor adoption, performance, and usage; produce actionable insights and reports.
*Partner with business leaders and AI Advocates to scale adoption.


Enablement & Training
*Deliver training and enablement sessions to empower users in Copilot adoption.
*Lead the user led community "Copilot Studio Builders Exchange"
*Act as an evangelist for Copilot and AI productivity tools, sharing best practices.
*Support communication campaigns to drive engagement and adoption.


Qualifications:
*Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of MS 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse and connectors.
*Prompt Engineering: Expertise is designing effective prompts for Copilot Agents
*Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and design scalable and effective solutions.
*Integration Skills: Familiarity with APIs, Connectors, and enterprise data sources.
*Analytical Skills: Ability define, collect, and interpret usage data and present insights to leadership of all levels.
*Business Acumen: Experience translating business needs into use cases. Ability to guide users to the correct tool to use to solve for their use case.
*Leadership & Ownership: Ability to act independently and as a team. Serves as a Copilot Studio Adoption Leader.
*Excel Power User skill set to include VBA/Macros, Power Queries, Power Pivot, and data visualization. Must be able to
*Prior experience with enterprise-scale support
*Proven experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and M365.
*MS certifications: Power Platform, M365, AI-related, and MS Office Specialist: Excel Expert highly desirable.
