Description
Robert Half is seeking a Salesforce Administrator / CRM & Data Systems Analyst for a mission-driven organization dedicated to helping individuals and families access housing, financial assistance, and critical community resources. This is a highly visible role responsible for serving as the primary owner of the organization's Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, security, and reporting accuracy.
This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working independently, solving business problems through technology, and partnering with non-technical stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Salesforce and related business systems.
• Manage, organize, and maintain critical program, client, and organizational data across multiple platforms while ensuring data integrity, security, and confidentiality.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows, reporting processes, forms, integrations, and data management practices.
• Support government grant reporting and funding requirements by ensuring accurate, accessible, and reliable data.
• Create, analyze, and distribute reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into program outcomes and organizational performance.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce and integrated applications, including issues related to forms, workflows, and system integrations.
• Perform data backup, recovery, and ongoing system maintenance activities to ensure platform reliability and continuity.
• Monitor overall system health and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancements, and efficiencies.
• Provide end-user support and respond to staff inquiries related to reporting, data quality, system functionality, and Salesforce usage.
• Partner with leadership and program teams to understand business processes, map data flows, and recommend solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
• Support reporting environments and data integrations that leverage Tableau for analytics and reporting.
• Serve as a trusted resource across the organization by delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to non-technical users.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience administering and supporting Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, including data structures, workflows, user management, reporting, and process automation.
• Experience mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage data governance, backup and recovery processes, system maintenance, and data quality initiatives.
• Experience troubleshooting Salesforce and related business applications and integrations.
• Familiarity with legacy processes and the ability to document and improve existing workflows.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, security, confidentiality, and compliance best practices.
• Experience working with reporting and analytics tools, preferably Tableau.
• Experience with Zapier and/or Formstack integrations is preferred.
