*must be comfortable handling accounts and office management for small CPA firm*
Pay: $110-120K salary (DOE)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
Technical Skills

• Financial Accounting: Preparing and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Tax Knowledge: Navigating changing tax laws, planning strategies, and filing accurate returns.

• Auditing and Compliance: Inspecting financial records, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring regulatory adherence.

• Software and Data: Using advanced spreadsheets, enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools, and data analytics software.

Qualifications:

• Essential technical skills include mastery of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP),
• Advanced tax preparation,
• Auditing, and financial reporting.
• Critical soft skills include sharp analytical thinking, clear communication, and high ethical stan
