ITSM Developer

Position: Developer 3 – Ivanti Neurons for ITSM
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a developer with strong hands-on experience configuring, developing, and supporting enterprise ITSM platforms, preferably Ivanti Neurons for ITSM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Ivanti ITSM workflows, business rules, forms, layouts, business objects, dashboards, reports, and automation.
• Develop and support Service Request, Service Catalog, Incident, Change/Release, and Knowledge Management solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable ITSM solutions.
• Develop and support REST API/JSON integrations.
• Troubleshoot workflow, data, and platform issues.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL; SSRS experience is a plus.
• Support testing, UAT, releases, environment promotions, and production deployments.
• Prepare technical documentation, workflow diagrams, deployment instructions, and release notes.
• Work with business users, QA, PMs, developers, vendors, and technical teams.
• Follow ITSM/ITIL processes and participate in Agile/Scrum development.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on enterprise ITSM platform configuration/development/ support.
• Strong experience with workflows, business rules, forms, Service Catalog, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• JavaScript

• ITSM / ITIL processes
• Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, and Knowledge Management

Preferred:

• Ivanti Neurons for ITSM / ITAM experience
• ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine experience
• Ivanti object model knowledge
• Version management and environment promotion
• Strong SQL / SSRS
• Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps experience
• ITIL certification
