Sr. QA Analyst - US - W2 Requirement
Longterm contract W2
1. 10 plus years of experience as QA Analyst.
2. Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, Credit officers, and development leads to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
3. Create comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
4. Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
5. Validate business workflows and ensure compliance with business requirements.
6. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
7. Validate source-to-target data mappings, ETL transformations, and reporting outputs.
8. Strong SQL skills with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Databricks and perform backend database testing .
9. Provide demo highlighting new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
10. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and business validation activities
