The Role

• Generate sales leads by covering an assigned territory, engaging prospective customers door-to-door.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on product benefits and gather information for the sales team.
• Report daily results to management and foster collaborative relationships within the sales team.
• Represent the company professionally, ensuring a high-quality and accurate representation of products and an exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct quick home inspections from the street to identify potential homeowner challenges that the company's solutions can address.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High motivation to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
• Ability to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements and extended periods of walking/standing.
