We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM/PM Senior Consultant to lead functional solution design and implementation across Production Planning, Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance in SAP environments.

The role is suited for a senior SAP professional with strong expertise in S/4HANA, Fiori, manufacturing processes, solution architecture, and cross-module integration. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable SAP solutions and support end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional solution design and implementation across SAP PP, QM, and PM.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP functional solutions.
  • Design and configure end-to-end processes across production planning, quality management, and plant maintenance.
  • Support S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP Best Practices adoption.
  • Design solutions for discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing environments.
  • Configure and support Demand Management, MRP, production planning, and shop floor control processes.
  • Design and support QM processes including inspection planning, results recording, quality certificates, and certificate management.
  • Configure and support PM processes including preventive maintenance, notifications, maintenance orders, and order processing.
  • Ensure effective integration of PP/QM/PM with SD, MM, WM, and FICO.
  • Work with Batch Management, Variant Configuration, IDOCs, interfaces, and RICEFW developments.
  • Prepare functional specifications, solution designs, process documentation, and other project deliverables.
  • Participate in workshops, requirement gathering, solution walkthroughs, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, interfaces, reports, and custom developments.
  • Support end-to-end project implementation, including design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Act as a functional advisor to clients and stakeholders on SAP manufacturing and asset-management processes.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.
  • Support project teams in resolving complex functional and integration issues.
  • Travel to client locations when required for project delivery and business requirements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 6–8 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM/PM.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP, SAP QM, and SAP PM.
  • Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP Best Practices.
  • Experience performing functional solution architecture for end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing processes.
  • Deep knowledge of Demand Management, MRP, production planning, and shop floor control.
  • Strong experience with QM processes including inspection planning, results processing, and certificate management.
  • Strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance, including preventive maintenance, notifications, and maintenance order processing.
  • Experience integrating SAP PP/QM/PM with SD, MM, WM, and FICO.
  • Knowledge of Batch Management, Variant Configuration, IDOCs, interfaces, and RICEFW.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design capabilities.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to independently lead workshops, understand business requirements, and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.
  • Comfortable working across complex projects and multiple functional and technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
