Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner

Becton Dickinson seeks a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to Medical Affairs and Regulatory Affairs teams. The role involves executing talent and people strategies, driving organizational capability, and partnering with senior leadership to align business and HR objectives.

Responsibilities
Serve as trusted advisor to client groups on business and HR strategy execution
Lead organizational design, capability analyses, and strategic workforce planning initiatives
Identify talent gaps and guide leaders in recruitment, development, and succession planning
Facilitate change management across assigned client groups using structured methodologies
Analyze HR metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and inform leadership decisions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years progressive HR experience with HR business partnership leadership
Experience partnering with diverse client groups and working in service delivery models
Expertise across talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, organizational design
Strong change management capabilities and proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments
Advanced degree (MBA or Masters in HR) preferred
