Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Senior Consultant to support Epic Radiant implementation and integration initiatives. The consultant will provide specialized expertise in Epic Radiant, Modality Worklist (MWL), DICOM workflows, PACS, and system integrations.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of Epic Radiant experience and strong hands-on knowledge of DICOM/HL7 integrations, including experience with Epic DICOM Modality Worklist (MWL) and Sectra integration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Epic Radiant Modality Worklist (MWL) build and configuration.
  • Lead DICOM workflow validation and testing activities.
  • Support integration between Epic Radiant, PACS, imaging modalities, modality vendors, and interface teams.
  • Work with technical and clinical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration and workflow issues.
  • Assist with developing and executing comprehensive testing plans for more than 1,000 imaging modalities.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve build, interface, and workflow issues during testing and deployment.
  • Support cutover planning and go-live readiness activities.
  • Provide post-go-live support and help stabilize the system after implementation.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to reduce implementation risks.
  • Provide senior-level Epic Radiant expertise while supporting existing analysts with project-related activities.
Required Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) required.
Epic Experience:
  • 6+ years of Epic Radiant experience.
  • Current Epic Radiant certification required.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of DICOM.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7 interfaces/integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Epic DICOM Modality Worklist (MWL).
  • Sectra integration experience required.
  • Experience integrating Epic Radiant with PACS and imaging modalities.
  • Experience working with modality vendors and interface teams.
