We are seeking a dedicated Educator to join a leading national provider of psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialist clinics. The Role

• Co-therapeutic patient counseling to support and deepen the therapeutic process.
• Planning and leading co-therapeutic groups to foster exchange and development.
• Assisting patients during meals and exposures to promote stability and self-efficacy.
• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration through active participation in team meetings.
• Providing holistic, individual, and empathetic patient care throughout the treatment process.
• Working within a regulated shift system to ensure continuous patient support.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Educator (m/w/d).
• Ideally, experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential group care.
• Strong communication, teamwork skills, and a passion for the work.
• Respectful, professional, and empathetic interaction with patients and their families.
• Curiosity for new topics and interest in professional development.
