The Role

• Execute assembly according to detailed work instructions
• Identify and escalate operational disruptions to appropriate departments
• Perform basic error corrections and troubleshooting
• Conduct mechanical quality checks using measurement and testing procedures
• Handle component movement utilizing basic lifting equipment
• Perform maintenance and cleaning as per the work schedule

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a metal or electrical trade (e.g., Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Construction Mechanic, Precision Mechanic, Metal Technology Specialist, Machine and Plant Operator)
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (35 hours per week)
• Flexibility and a structured approach to work
• Strong team orientation
