The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics for breakdowns.
• Provide emergency breakdown support, from battery and tyre changes to complex fault diagnosis.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during stressful situations.
• Start and end your workday from home, managing your own schedule and route.
• Act as a proud ambassador for the organisation, providing outstanding customer service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think independently.
