Job Description

Production Support Tool Chain:
A typical incident flow under this SOW would be:
Dynatrace / ServiceNow Alert → Incident Created in ServiceNow → Investigation → Jira Work Item → Code Fix in GitLab → Sonar Scan → Build & Deploy through GitLab CI/CD → Change Approval via ServiceNow → Deployment Validation → Dynatrace Monitoring → Closure & RCA Documentation in Confluence
