Pittsburgh, PA | Full-Time | $40,000 Base + Commission (High Earning Potential)
McClellands Contracting & Roofing is growing and looking for a knowledgeable, motivated Repair Sales Estimator to join our team. If you’ve been on the roof, understand how homes are built, and are ready to move into a sales-focused role with strong income potential, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do As A Repair Sales Estimator
Deliver excellent customer experience from inspection to sale
What We’re Looking For In A Repair Sales Estimator
Strong roofing or exterior construction knowledge (required)
Experience as a roofer, project manager, or exterior tech preferred
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and building trust
Ability to manage a flexible, performance-based income structure
