The Role • Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers alongside team colleagues. • Actively participate in stocking shelves, product presentation, baking, and operating modern POS systems, including self-checkout. • Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the implementation of store concepts. • Take responsibility for warehouse tasks, cleaning, and inventory.
