The Role

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, resident physicians, co-therapists, and medical-therapeutic assistants.
• Actively contribute to the strategic and conceptual advancement of the department, including quality assurance and project management.
• Supervise therapeutic and somatic treatments for your team and provide group supervision for trainees.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings involving all relevant healthcare professionals.
• Provide medical and psychotherapeutic care to patients in accordance with current treatment guidelines.
• Participate in the on-call service for the psychosomatics department.

What You'll Need

• Specialist qualification in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Strong interest in the integration of somatic medicine and psychotherapy.
• High level of empathy, structured, and team-oriented work approach.
• Demonstrated engagement, openness, and commitment to professional excellence.
• Basic MS Office skills and the ability to adapt to new digital systems.
